墟期遇以下情況將停止開放予公眾人士參觀：
The Market will not be opened for public during any of the following situations:
紅色暴雨警告
黑色暴雨警告
三號或以上颱風訊號

Red Rainstorm signal
Black Rainstorm signal
Typhoon signal no. 3 or above

9:01AM-3:00PM

墟期上午時段

備註 Notes ：

1. 訊號若於 06:00 後除下農墟當天將仍然關閉；
  The Market will still be closed when those signals were cancelled after 06:00.
   
2. 一經關閉，農墟當天不會再次重開；
  The market will not re-opened on the same day if it was closed
   
3. 農墟關閉期間租戶不可進行任何銷售活動；
  Vendor should not undergo any kinds of promotion and sale during closure.
   
4. 受關閉（不論下午或整天）影響當日的租金將會順延一個墟期扣餘；
  Rent of the affected day (closed for either half or whole day) will be waived and carried down to the next market day.
   
5. 農墟當值人員有權就天氣情況而作出適當安排，恕不另行通知；
  The officer on-duty has the right to make special arrangement based on the weather without prior announcement.
   
6. 墟期當日如有任何疑問請電 9152-9526 與菜聯社職員聯絡。
